Preliminary Design: Floor Plan, Sketches, Estimate, Material and Finish Discussions
Design Revisions: All Changes and Additional Client Needs
Client Approval: Client to Date and Sign plans
Final Design: Existing Floor Plan, New Floor Plan, Electrical Layout Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevations for Contractor, Rendering, Product Selections in Spreadsheet format

If our packages do not fit your needs, we also offer interior design, interior decorating and project coordination at an hourly rate.

Sample package deliverables

The following is a sample of standard package deliverables:

Reflected Ceiling Plan

The Reflected Ceiling Plan shows where the location of all new light fixtures and switches will occur.

Electrical Plan

The Electrical Plan locates all electrical items of the space, such as outlet location.

Existing Plan

The Existing Floor Plan allows the contractor to see what changes will be made to the space and prepare for the new layout and design.

Floor Plan

The Floor Plan is the newly designed room. It contains dimensions and all new items within the space.

Materials Worksheet

The Material Worksheet is the most valuable tool for a client. It lists all renovation items in detail with a dollar amount.

Sketches & Renderings

Sketches and Renderings allow the client to visualize their new space. Sketches are primarily used in the Preliminary Phase of design and Renderings in the Final Phase of design.
